MCA reconciliation review
Most Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) agreements include a right called reconciliation: when your sales go down, your payment should go down with them. Few business owners know it exists. We check your payments against your agreement and your real sales.

How it works
Your MCA payment was set from your sales when the advance was funded. We rebuild that starting point and compare it with what has been taken since.
Your bank deposits show the sales your payment was based on, and where your sales are today.
We read each MCA funder's holdback percentage, payment and reconciliation terms from your original signed agreement.
What your agreement allowed, what was taken, and the difference, down to the cent.
Case study
A multi-location service business took an MCA. After funding, its sales dropped about 21%, but the MCA funder kept drafting the same amount every week.

Your report is ready within one hour of connecting your bank and uploading your agreements.
After checkout: connect your business bank account (read-only, through Plaid) and upload your original signed MCA agreements, every page plus any renewals. Questions first? Message your advisor.
No. The review is private. Nothing goes to a funder unless you decide to act on it and give your OK.
You connect through Plaid, which many banks and financial apps use. The connection is read-only: we can see transactions but cannot move money.
Then you have it in writing that your funder is drafting correctly. With the monthly check, you'll know if that changes.
A read-only bank connection and your original signed MCA agreements. Some agreements, including loans, don't include reconciliation; your report will tell you.
The sample report uses example figures. The case study figures and the 40% four-week payment reduction come from one client's review and negotiation; results depend on each funder and agreement and are not a promise of the same outcome. A temporary reduction or pause delays payments; it does not forgive the balance. Your report is an estimate based on your bank records and the original agreements you share. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee that any funder will change your payments or return money. Some agreements, including loans, do not include reconciliation. The review fee is non-refundable. The monthly check renews at $99 each month until you end it from your portal or through your advisor. The review fee covers your report only. Negotiating with your funders together with you is a separate service, quoted for each case before we begin, and nothing goes to a funder without your OK.
